Each year, we write about the food that means the most to us — the people it reminds us of, the childhood memories, the smells that, even now, can bring us back to special moments.

From tales of Chinese egg crepes to layered birthday cakes, from plates of steamed crab dipped in rice vinegar to thick lasagna noodles smothered in cheese, it’s a rich buffet. We invite you to pull up a chair to our tables.
